did anyone realize that california laws went into effect today that allows trans* youth to pick which bathroom and sports team they feel comfortable with in school

Help with vegan diet?
I’ve recently gone vegan, and I thought I had been eating correctly and making sure to get all the correct nutriets/vitamins but lately I’ve noticed that I’ve been prone to mood swings/been really emotional, irritable, impatient, angered easily, and having short term memory issues. This has happened over the course of the last few weeks and I’m not sure if it’s just PMS but could it be a vitamin deficiency of some sort? Such as vitamin B12?
I eat a ton of spinach, beans/legumes, whole grain, bananas, fruit, vegetables but I’ve also increased my soy uptake. Could that be causing something?
The only thing that’s harder for me to get now is probably b12 and vitamin d but I’m not sure if either of those are the cause?
Please help, I’m seriously going crazy from these weird moods! I’m not normally so irritable and forgetful so I’m beginning to worry.
